  • We think wellness should be affordable and accessible. In attempts to achieve this, we operate with minimal core staff. For these reasons, tickets to any wellness event and workshops are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please make sure you are booking the correct day and time. If you are unable to attend, please feel free to gift the ticket to a friend or family member and have them notify us at check-in.

  • To secure a different time, we recommend immediately purchasing tickets for your preferred session before initiating a refund for your original booking. Refund restrictions apply, and a $5 processing fee is charged per transaction.

  • Guests may check our Lost & Found during Communal Spa hours:
    πŸ“ Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM – 1 PM
    πŸ“ Monday: 3 PM – 8 PM

  • All Celeste Farms events are rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will provide updates regarding any necessary changes.
